Theater has been part of my life since 2006. It all started in Chatou (Yvelines, near Paris), where I joined the Touchatou — the improv team of the MITIC association, affiliated with the Ligue d'Improvisation Des Yvelines (LIDY). Weekly workshops and Sunday improv matches: that's where I discovered the world of improvisational theater.

Next stop, Morocco — Tangier, where I joined LaTTIFA: La Troupe Tangéroise d'Improvisation Franco-Marocaine, the Tangier Franco-Moroccan improv troupe. Our playground: the Théâtre Darna, a community stage in the heart of the medina. A radically different experience — Arabic-speaking and French-speaking performers, not always bilingual … with improvisation as our common language!

After a few hectic Parisian years, I settled in Albi in 2018. I first joined the local troupe Improvisator Et À Travers, attached to la Clique, where we mostly performed improv cabarets. Then some of us wanted to explore other styles — particularly long-form improv — which is how I co-founded Les Particules in summer 2022. Other actresses and actors have joined us every year. We now tour across the Tarn and beyond, between matches, experimental formats and long forms.

Scripted theater came later, through chance encounters and years of improv. La Pièce by Michel Cals — a collective creation led by the AspiRêves company — took me on stage in May 2024 (Salle de la Marquise in Brassac, Salle Saint-Michel in Lacaune), then throughout the autumn 2025 tour: Le Hangart in Técou, Lacaune, Labastide-Rouairoux and Lacrouzette. Les Figurants by Delphine de Vigan, staged in 2026 by our « Petite Troupe », continues the adventure.

On the side, I also act in front of the camera, notably directed by Matthieu Pégart — web series, short films — self-taught. Improvisation remains the backbone: it gave me the ear, the body and the confidence to respond when scripted roles came my way.
